Professional Photoshoot Terms and Conditions
- Prior appointments are required for all Professional Fashion/ Advertising photoshoots including the ones arranged via Gift Certificates option.
- 50% of the photography fee must be paid as advance before the photoshoot at the time of booking. The balance photography fee will be due on the day of the photoshoot. Note: Gift Certificates can be purchased by paying 100% of the photography fee for the selected package.
- The photography fee is not refundable.
- The photography fee does not include prints, frames, albums or photo books. We deliver high resolution digital photos only.
- If additional re-touched photos are required (i.e., extra re-touched photos other than the number mentioned in the selected package), then an additional re-touching charge per photo will apply.
- The first owner of the copyright of all the images created from the photoshoots will be the photographer by default. The photographer will retain the rights to display selected photos of his choice on the website ‘arvindkannan.in’ and also on select portals & social networking sites.
- The extent of post production re-touching of photos will be based on the photographer’s professional judgement.
- We do not provide photos in the camera RAW format.
- The final edited & re-touched high resolution digital photos will be delivered online in approx. 10-15 days from the date of the photo shoot.
Wedding Events Terms and Conditions
01. Wedding Couples will get a set of 10 photos after 12-15 days of the shoot completion, then the raw data will be delivered within 30 days of the shoot. Client has to provide their hard drive for the RAW data collection.
02. Wedding Edited Photos & Videos will be delivered within 3 months with editing & online album. (Time taken by the client for the verification will not be counted in our deadlines)
03. For the printed album, couples has to select the photographs. (*It will take 30 – 45 days for album designing & printing after providing the selection)
04. The client will get all the raw data in a hard drive/ pen-drive provided by the client or via Google Drive(Photo only).
05. Travel & accommodation for the team will be arranged by the client for outstations.
06. The payment module will be 10% Confirmation advance, Advance 70% before Shoot, 10% at the time of raw data delivery & the remaining 10% at the time of printing order. (*In case of pending payment with the due date Deliveries, Editing & Printing will be on hold)
07. In case of postpone of the wedding or shoot because of govt. guidelines, the advance amount will be carry forward to further dates.
08. The Photographs & the Videos we shoot during the event will be copyright to our agency only and can be used on our website & social media handles for promotional purpose.
09. Meals for the team will be arranged by the client, else the team needs a break between the shoot for the lunch & dinner.
10. If the client puts the project on hold for six months from the event/wedding date, then the agency (AKP) will not be responsible for any kind of data loss. So please collect the raw data from us within the timeline.
11. We welcome your ideas in your film, so please share your suggestions in advance or valuable feedback within 3 days after delivery.
12. After the delivery of edited Photos & Videos, couple can let us know their feedback within 3 days so that our team can make the required changes within the given timeline. Later on it will be a time taking process according to our availability & could be additional chargeable.

Things to keep in mind before making a booking,
01. CANCELLATIONS or POSTPONEMENT
In case of postpone of the wedding or the event:
1.1) Postpone prior 30 days from the event, complete amount will be carry forward to the next date.
1.2) Postpone within 30 days from the event, might cost you 10-20 % additional expenses.
1.3) Cancellation within 30 days from the event will cost you 15,000 INR or 15 % of the bill amount whichever is minimum.
02. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment module will be
– 10% Booking Amount
– 70% Before the shoot, 20 to 30 days prior.
– 10% at the time of photos delivery.
– 10% at the time of Album delivery.
03. DELIVERY TIMELINE3.
1) Couples will get a set of pictures within 15 days from the shoot.
3.2) RAW photos will be delivered within 20 days from the shoot.
3.3) Edited Photos, Digital Album will be delivered within 60 days from the images selected.
3.4) Edited Videos will be delivered within 60 days from the shoot.
3.5) Couple needs to provide a Hard Drive for the collection of RAW data, agency will not be liable for any kind of DATA LOSS after 3 months from the shoot date.
04. COPYRIGHT
4.1 The Agency retains the entire copyright on the Photographs, Films and other works at all times, throughout the world.
4.2 Where reproduction of works has taken place without informing to the agency (AKP) and settlement has not been made, the Agency will make such charges to the publisher of those images/films as falls within the Copyright Act 1957.
4.3 As the agency holds the complete copyright to the Photos & Videos, it can be used on our website & social media platforms for promotional purpose.
